Usage Procedures:
1. Apply for the digital certificate: please download the root certificate from the online banking, and to use the SecureCerts to apply for the digital certificate. The digital certificate will be automatically imported into the UKey, and to born the private key in the UKey.
2. Use the UKey and the digital certificate to proceed the identity authentication: When the user insert the UKey, using the digital certificate to logon the online banking, and to proceed the online operation. Once insert the UKey, the digital certificate can be effectively used. Once unplugged the UKey, the digital certificate can't be used effectively.  Also the UKey adopts the double PIN validation, ensures the legal identity of the UKey owner.
